  • Facilitated workplace safety culture change and root cause analysis within various industry sectors; examples include Government bodies, the mining sector, construction and aquaculture.

  • Developed training programs for key Australian Registered Training Organisations (RTOs) associated with high-risk work. These programs included though are not limited to dangerous goods/hazardous chemicals, asbestos removal, incident and accident investigation, risk management, emergency response, confined spaces, safe working at height, mines rescue, industrial roping, rescue from height.

  • Developed on-line training programs and facilitated implementation of Learning Management Systems (LMS)

  • Managed a National WHS focused organisation involved with high risk work places for 30 years

  • Provided life support services as a life support technician in the offshore oil and gas sector for 10 years

  • Oversaw and managed implementation of safety systems to meet accreditation of large organisations preferred suppliers, tender and contractual requirements

  • Instigated and managed the implementation of Quality Assurance to ISO/9001

  • Designed and developed best practice for Risk Assessment processes for high risk work activities within multifaceted industry sectors

  • Introduced numerous high risk training programs into international markets including China, New Zealand and New Guinea

  • Liaised with high profile organisations to provide risk identification/mitigation, incident investigation, customised training, emergency preparedness, audit programs, consultancy, life support and rescue equipment provision and maintenance specific to their needs

  • Built specific high risk training programs for Special Operations Command United Arab Emirates

  • Developed specific training programs for the Oil and Gas industry sector associated with BOSIET and ongoing life raft and facility evacuation refresher training

  • Provided incident investigation, professional/legal guidance and advice related to fatalities in the work place in Australia and New Zealand

  • Developed online training programs for specific organisations to capture various high risk WHS programs

  • Provided professional services related to achievement of Occupational Health & Safety Management Systems AS/NZS 4801 and OHSAS 18001 requirements specific to WHS legislative requirements
